These frequently asked questions form part of our Terms of service
You need to have been with us for 12 months to take your website with you when you leave. If you leave before 12 months you can payout the remaining subscription and we will provide your website to you.
There is a $299 administration fee to remove your website from our servers, package up and provide a link for you to download.
Please see the Why us page for an explanation of how paying an average 12 months MyWeb subscription is still considerably less than developing a full website with another provider.
You can select on a per product and per service what to sync to myweb.market.
If you no longer want to use our marketplace at all we can simply turn off the software.
If you want to take your website elsewhere but continue to use the myweb.market then this is possible as well..
If you no longer want to use our marketplace or hosting service we can unplug the software, package up your website and send it to you to use elsewhere.
MyWeb provides flexibility for your future. There are no locked-in systems.
MyWeb is built on WordPress. WordPress has the biggest share of the internet at 25% and is leaps and bounds ahead of it's next closest rival. MyWeb websites future proof your investment.
All hosting companies are different and use different software / systems etc. As such we cannot provide a fixed price to assist you to install your website.

If you have a domain already you can use that or you can purchase one from us here
If you buy the domain from us we set up everything for you.
If you have registered a domain elsewhere then you will need to point it to our hosting services using the account login your registrar provided or ask for their assistance.

We provide up to 10 email addresses, POP3 email downloads and purges after 30 days. It does not sync across devices.
If you need email to sync across devices we recommend you create a business gmail account here using your website domain and send us the details here. We will connect your website to your gmail account currently free of charge.

MyWeb email storage is included in your web storage which is a maximum of 1GB. If your MyWeb email becomes too large we will need to reduce the storage time (eg – reduce it from 30 days to 14 days).
